  5. In my opinion, Winona Ryder was at her most awesome in that movie. I can hear in my mind just how she delivered that line! It was the perfect line for a little goth girl photographer. :)

'Beetlejuice' is a classic! One of my all-time faves!!

    Hi Autumn,

Yes, Lydia Deetz really was the lighthearted personification of teen angst and this quote was the byword.

    Hi Adsila,

This is putting me in the mood to re-watch it!

    Hi Random Girl,

    Me too!

    Hi Vivienne,

I think we all do sometimes, but I hope you're not feeling that way too much?!! :)

    Hi Justine,

On a side note, I see what you mean about your username. Blogger can't handle the apostrophe for some reason!! Weird! I hope they sort this out!

I was such a fan of Winona Ryder back then. It's such a shame that she got herself into trouble and messed up her career. I know what you mean about the way she delivered the lines in 'Beetlejuice'. Her timing, gestures and facial expressions were really memorable.

    Hi Lady Bethezda,

Oh, I loved the big hat and veil!!!

  9. I love Lydia! She always had the right thing to say, but my favorite quote from Beetlejuice was said by her stepmother when she said, "I will go insane and take you with me." I still threaten my children with that to this day.
